I am trying to add a custom poi file to my c330 and for some reason, the software won't take the .csv file. I downloaded it from here and I have checked to make sure that the gps has the latest firmware or whatever. Is there something I am doing wrong here?
.
Are you using POI Loader to load the CSV file?
If not, you need to download and install that software.
If so, what file are you trying to load?
Yes I have poi loader and
Yes I have poi loader and trying to load the .csv file of tennessee ham radio repeaters that i downloaded from this website

That file appears to have a bunch of additional data in columns E - K. That might be what's causing the error. If you have Excel, you might try opening the file and deleting those columns, re-saving the file and loading it that way.
can nothing be there in

.
POI Loader will only load the first 4 columns. And sometimes (as you just found out), information in the other columns beyond that can cause errors. If you want that information be in the file that is loaded to your unit, then you could go open the file in Notepad and delete the extra commas that create the extra columns. (Or use the concatenate function in Excel if you know how to do that.)
Or if you just want to save the information for access on your computer, then just save the file with another name after deleting the information and load the edited file your your GPS unit.
Yeah, I am with MM. Just
Yeah, I am with MM. Just concatentate all the columns. However, make sure that you put in the appropriate line breaks and spaces
