Dynamic Traffic Content is so cool!

Albuquerque isn't quite up to date with full Traffic functions yet. So I was pleasantly surprised on my trip to Seattle and for the first time got to experience the dynamic content for Traffic from MSN Direct in full.
I was still around 30 miles away from the airport and I could see from Traffic Flow conditions were all starting to turn from green to yellow to red. A Traffic Advisory icon popped up on the map view screen showing I had some delays coming up on my current route. Not only did it estimate the number of minutes of anticipated delay but showed me the incidents up ahead( Traffic Flow was slowing down, construction, accident) My 680 automatically rerouted me away to a different bridge and route saving me from being in all the slow traffic on the freeway. Even the Gas Price feature comes in handy so I could refill the rental car based on the best price in my area. It saved me time and money and the stress of traffic jams! Don't you just love this technology?
FYI; My Max Speed is now 650mph because the flight was late getting back and the pilot was making up time.

One of the issues I have is accessing MSN Direct services. It takes an extra step to get there from the main menu unlike TMC.
I do not use the MP3 player and wish Garmin gave the option to replace that icon with the butterfly icon so MSN would be one click away from the map view.

WISHLIST... I totally agree. I would love to replace spots that display the info on MP3, Speed, Driving and make it user definable. Also I think I would like the option to make it transparent. Personally I want to have Speed always up and when routing where the MP3 icon shows I would rather have the next turn indicator show a right, left turn, etc.

It would be quite simple to have a star or some symbol to the right or left of the top panel, so one could anticipate ahead of time, especially in a new town.
There are many small improvements Garmin could do, but does not perhaps because they feel many or some users may not like them. Therefore the best improvement Garmin could offer is a way to toggle or customize the existing menu or icons. That would make it too good to be true.
