I found this file, nuvi650_OwnersManual.pdf on my nüvi 650 and copied it to my PC for future reference and printing.

You can't. In this day and age you can't download it online? Go to a library, download it, and then print it out. Be sure to use double sided print to half-size the manual.

As a last resort you could call Garmin, probably pay $50, wait days for manual that you can download for free!

It already does exist as a .pdf file in your unit's internal memory... just hook it to your pc and use Windows Explorer to find it.
