total time running on nuvi 200w

On my Nuvi 200w after i got to looking around, pushing on the the left corner on the speedodometer/ trip screen for 10 seconds, the total time runs. Not sure if this is normal or not.
can someone tell me if it is?
and if not normal how do I stop it?
That is the Trip setting
All Nuvi and I think all Street pilots do that. That Screen is useful and can be reset before a trip. It also is a screen to look at when driving if you know you arent needing the map for a while. So Yes you can re set it..and I dont think it can be turned off while the unit is turned on. But it does give Stopped time and Moving time.
