Hi David...... POI factory offers a red light cam file but they do charge for it until you become an active member.
This is so they can keep the site up and pay other bills and such. For those who contribute to the board they let you have anything you like for free. Here is a link that tells you everything you need to know.....

Yes these files will work with your c320.
Your Garmin c320 has a program that it uses called POI
loader. You load up the POI's files with this program
