Missing POIs

Good Evening,
I read the previous posts regarding the missing pois but am still having trouble with my Nuvi 350. All of my previous pois have ben erased as I expected however, I go through the process of loading the new pois, the unit says congrats on loading 734 custom pois and when I search for them by going to the where to tab>custom poi tab it says there are no matches. Any help is very much appreciated!

Check extras

I have a nuvi 650 and they show up under "extras" under "where to". I am not familiar with the 350 but maybe this will help .

Still trying!

Thanks for your reply! For some reason, I still cannot find them. With the Nuvi 350, you go to the WHERE TO key and then CUSTOM POI. After that, they appear...unfortunately they aren't! Any other suggestions?

Is it not > where to > my locations > custom poi's?
Then pressing custom poi's...and still nothing?

I am a bit miffed, by your first post when you used the words... searched and no matches

you should simply press the "custom poi's" tab and they appear.

you didn't by chance, > where to > my locations > delete all? (According to the manual this will delete all favorites and custom poi's)
