Nuvi 350 louder than Nuvi 360

Hi,
Anyone noticed that the 350 sound louder than the Nuvi 360. I had them side by side and 350 is much louder than 360. I just wonder if one of my 360 had bad speaker.

If it is like the 350 (Which I believe that it is) the 360 (as well as the 350) only has one speaker. If the 350 has had the latest update, it toned down the volume a bit on the max level. Of course, that is opposite of what you were asking, so perhaps the 360 had an update and the 350 hasn't.

Both had the latest update that recently put in couple week ago. I just want to ask here first because it take forever to get to talk to customer service.

If you've got a Sound Level meter, I can send you a test voice file and you can take some measurements. Then we'll know how much 'much louder' is ...

Thanks, I had figured out how to increase the volume by using hex editor. I am now ok.
