searching POI

There is a Staples store not in my 6 million pre programmed POIs, so is there a way i can add it so that when i do a search for near by staples it will show up?

If you're hoping to have this or any "custom poi" show up when you search the 6 million, no, there is no way.
You can add it and others to Favorites, or to another customizable file for separate searching.
