zip.csv files

You rename the file by taking the .CSV off the end of the file. The file then turns into a zip file. Now you unzip it
and the contents will be inside.

By the way, It's a bad idea to use double extensions,
that's a good sign of a virus file. I'm sure the
publisher has good intentions but I would never open
a double extension.

I separated the files and provided an additional link for the BMP picture.

For now, if you have a BMP to go with a CSV file you've uploaded, please send me a note using the contact form and I'll help you get it posted.

Thanks for explaining how to convert my uploaded files back to .zip files. My explanation in the comments must not have been clear enough.

Also, the BMP links don't work anymore. They did when you first provided them, but are now disabled. In future uploads I'll just wait until the it's fixed to allow the .bmp upload. It looks like it would be easier for everyone.

I did some work earlier in the week to protect the site from automated spam bots, but I missed applying the fix to your BMP links.

I just found and fixed the links in Fry's, Petro, and Flying J.

Were there any other files where the links stopped working?

Jassoma I tried to download the POI for cracker barrel but it will only download the htlm file with nothing else. This is only when I try to download the garmin csv. format. It the link broke or am i doing something wrong?

I just was able to download both the GPX and the CSV without problems.

What browser are you using?

Your PC might be naming your downloaded file into something else. I noticed that when I download a gpx file on my PC, it will save it as file.gpx.xml.
Removing the .xml would take care of the problem.

I know the problem now.I just recalled that I had to use my internet explorer to do the download.I use MSN explorer all the time and have no problems in the last 6 or so years to download any files.The Cracker Barrel file is the only time this has happen.The first time I done the download the format was different and I downloaded using MSN Explorer.I think someone else at the time was in charge of the file.I sent email to site about the problem the first time it happen.

Just went back and tried it using internet explorer with no problems.I know why but it should work just like the others.
