I am new to using a gps .. I just bought a Garmin c330....

I do not know where to install a POI in my computer.
I have a windows XP Home adition..Where do I put the POI? How do I set it up? Then how do I install it on my Garnin c330??? PLEASE HELP MEEEEE smile
