VA State Fair Parking

A couple of years ago, after an 11 hour tour of the state fair, my daughter and I found it almost impossible to find our car in the mist of 1000's of cars in an unmarked grass parking lot. It took us 1 1/2 hrs to finally find our car.
This year, I marked it with the GPSr and set it to off road mode. The GPSr took me right to it within minutes. There was absolutely no guessing, getting irritated, fussing at daughter cause she was too tired to walk, etc that I experienced in the past years.
Never again will I park in a vast parking lot without my GPSr. It was a god send.
Parking
Really is a great idea. I plan on using my gps the next time I visit the White Plains Mall. You see, they have duplicate parking areas and you can spend all day looking for your car. At first I thought my car was stolen until I ran into security. They mentioned how there parking areas are so similar it's easy to forget where you place the darn thing lol. Yes, it happened to me lol.

"Let's try to find it without the GPSr, look for the pepsi sign on a light post"
Her reply was, "They all have pepsi signs on them"...lol. That is when I went to the GPSr.
