I hope GT's boss didn't read here and figure out who GT was...
They do have certain rules about what employees can say & do - even off the job...there are certain things about my employer that I am simply not able to discuss in places like this...
The techs at Garmin were asked to stop posting in forums. They are able to post as individuals but not as representatives of the company.
Garmintech was a very helpful individual and his identity was never figured out so he didn't get in trouble. I think that his dedication to the product just shows what a great company Garmin is and how loyal their employees are.
We appreciate all the contributions that he made while he was on the site.
