How to download to nuvi

Ok...so I figured out how to get the files downloaded to where it looks like it should be on the nuvi, but the POI are not when I look at the Custom POI list on the unit. I am using the POI loader to get the files under the garmin/poi folder. How do i get the files to actually show up though?
On the Nuvi 360, its under

I have downloaded some POI's from here and also have the NUVI 360 just didnt know how to load them from my Pc to the Unit.
