What's wrong with this POI file?

Just got a new Garmin c550 and joined the POI Factory forum this week. Wanted to play around with loading some poi files so I downloaded the files for Olive Garden and Romano's. The Olive Garden looks fine on my 550 but the Romano's shows up with two rather large rows of text at the top of the screen and only shows part of the information. Looking at the excel files they are very different. The Romano's is just a row of text with commas separating the different information while the Olive Garden is a block of text. Is there a way to fix the Romano's without a lot of effort? Just trying to learn more about how to do these files.

From my experience with the custom POI,this simply looks like a space limitation to the GPS device and the custom POI description. I won't be able to fully check until I try it at home.
I did a search on Romano's
I did a search on Romano's and came up with numerous POI’s. Can you tell me which one you downloaded? This way I can check is out and help you better.
nüvi 3590LMT "always backup your files"
Only 3 fields

I reformatted the "Romano's Macaroni Grill, US" as a .gpx file and uploaded it. It should display all the information now and the phone numbers should be dialable on your C550. (I tested it on my C510 and Nüvi 310).
The original file was a 3 'column' csv file. I notice the author is a TOMTOM owner, which presumably handles the file in quite a different fashion.

It's this file

It was the first file listed for Romano's. It's named Romano'sMacaroniGrill_V.csv and it was done by mcmargarine. Looks like Hornbyp has fixed it. Thanks for the help.
That explains it

Thanks! I will try it again. Forgive my ignorance but what program did you use to reformat to gpx?
I have taken the file
I have taken the file submitted by Hornbyp and attached it to the original file for those that would like the option of gpx.

XML?

The file shows up as an xml when I save it.

Right-click and do "Save Target as..."- or the equivalent for whichever browser you are using.

Got it now
I did a "Save Target as" originally but this time I put the gpx extension at the end and it worked. Thanks!
