The basic technique (with the 'normal' Google Earth), is to save your results as a .kml file and then just Open it (or Merge it into an existing file).
There seem to be quite a lot of different 'flavours' of .kml file (just like .gpx files). Have you got a specific issue that needs addressing?

Dear Phil
Thank you for the help, but I have not yet figured it out. I produced and saved a file with Google Earth, saved in my waypoint folder and it saved as a kml file, but GEEPEE EX is not seeing it, even when I change the type of file at the bottom to Google Earth files.

Do you want to email the .kml file to me and I'll have a look.
Actually, it sounds like you've maybe just lost the .kml extension off the file. If you locate it in Windows Explorer and double-click it, does it open automatically in Google Earth?
