Will MSN Direct be expanding their service area? If so when? I live close to a covered city but they don't currently cover my home town.

MSN coverage
I've not seen anything posted that indicates existing areas will be expanded. So if I were you, I would assume that you will not be served in the future if you need to make any decisions right now. In fact, I would not assume you can get coverage close to the edge of their coverage map either.
