Question about the newest version of the MAP NT2008

I purchased a c340 in late June. It has the NT 2008 map in it
Map info reads:
City Navigator North America NT 2008. I assume this is the newest version from what I have read so far.
Here is my question.
My box has a yellow 4x6 leaflet that has an unlock code in it, along with my serial number and registration code. The only DVD in the box was the USB drivers, no mapsource software came in the box. Anyway, my question is can I download the NT2008 software from Garmin (for free) since I own a c340?
Call Garmin
Call or e-mail Garmin and request Mapsource DVD for your computer - give them your purchase history ! Should send one out for free !
They sent my Mapsource DVD out within 2 days !
