Crazy Weather

Over 3" of snow expected to fall in New Orleans today and 6-8" on the northern Outer Banks of NC tonight, two places that rarely see more than a dusting. Let's all be careful out there!

new phone

Phone Battery (Only way it can be used: with extra Battery in a Battery Case), not holding charge on my 2020SE....
So, even though it still gets IOS updates, I went to Verizon store...
Sales says My account there allows me to get Free 15 or Pay somewhat for a 16.. Free (actually, no charge per month) works for me.. Verizon gets enough of $$ already...

So I now have a 15, with Glass cover, Battery case (May as well do that now, price is just a few $ more) cables & adaptors and Lanyard on way from Ebay....
(I Prefer phone on lanyard: in shirt pocket -- around my neck... Can't drop it then -- They are Slippery devils!!)!
Hopefully will last a long time....
2020SE still did what I wanted it to do... 15's Obviously faster CPU, slightly larger screen, reliable battery, and no $$ charge helps.... Time will tell

Started out with hand me down 6 from Wife, 2020SE, and now 15..
Each one used until it had to be retired!

PS: On the protective case with an extra battery......
If you are interested,(I Love it!), You need to know about the limitations of this case: It can be charged (Case battery and phone battery), but the battery case connection (to the world) does not pass audio or data..
I've a Wifi Headset for travel, so loss of audio at case output does not affect me... But for times when I do need to access data, I just take phone out of battery case...
