Reset ??? - c330

When I 1st turn on my C330 the agree came up white back ground,and now it's blue back ground.
The view map back ground,I for got the color it was,but now is a black back ground not right for sure,the roads are a light blue now.
The main page of the Address/food/ fuel/lodging/my location/Fuel/Spell name and so on,the back ground is blue instead of white.What happen? It's done this a few times.Went to system/restore a few time and that corrected the problem.Now went on it today and it's doing it again of the problems.Clicking on the restore several time does not seem to work now.Have not done the hard factory restore yet(removing the face plate and hitting main factory restore like I bought it from the store.)
I wrote down all my Favorites if I have to do this.
Any Ideas? Thanks

Update.I overwrote the software of 5.50,that did not work.
I went to the wrench/Color Mode.Strange it's always been on Auto.I changed it to DayTime.That did the trick.But happened before? it always was on Auto of the color mode.If I go back to auto same problem.I'll leave it at DayTime mode.can see it in the dark still at DayTime setting.

As you found, when the setting is on "Auto", the colors change to the dark background at night and to the light background in the day. This is how it is designed to work.
But if you don't like it, as you as found, you can set it to "Daytime" and it won't change.

When set to auto, this will change automatically at sunrise and sunset.

We answer questions all day long that are in the manual. We get people that want to argue, but when we show the manual pages the answers are on, they either argue more or hang up.
If you have a question, read the manual, and if you call, be polite and understand that we want to help you, but we don't want to argue.
I am one that doesn't always read the manuals either, but I also make sure that if I have a question, it isn't in the manual, and realize that if I call, I am asking YOU for help.
While I know that most the folks on here are savvy enough to understand not to argue, we do see posts suggesting to "get in the face of the tech" or to "keep arguing the point".
The manuals "should" come with the units, but since they don't, either read online, or be nice to the tech. We've had a lot of really busy days, and as much as you hate to hold, we hate to have you hold. We want to take care of you, do it well and make you happy.
