It's not that easy when the speed limit is 25, to get used to such a slow speed, but seems people are used to it.
I was a bit paranoid where the Prospect Expwy turns into Ocean Pkwy. the speed limit does a complete drop from 45 to 25 and I wondered if there was a speed cam, where it said "your speed." Mine said 51. Doing the trip in the afternoon back, saw it light up in the high 40's and many cars going fast. So I think the answer is "no." Haven't gotten any tix.
I think that's more proof that the system is intended on getting people to slow down. You can see on this forum, it's not even a topic that's discussed anymore, it's as if life goes on with places blanketed with speed and red light cams. My .02
