Driving home from shopping at city 45 miles away….
HOME was destination..,
First the roads disappeared.
Then the car graphic drifted away from the road.
Then it rebooted twice.
Then it knew we were going home, but road was straight. Car was not on road route.
??
When we got home, look closely at Garmin.
I think SD CARD May have ejected. (I put tape over it because years ago it did fall out once).
So power down. Pull tape off eject SD card. Clean contacts, press it in again. Fresh tape over it.
I think that was it. Have a short trip tomorrow. Will test then.

I had something similar to
I had something similar to that, years ago. My manually entered routes became direct routing to destination as the crow flies and showed the road on that direct route even though there was no road. Happened just once years ago.
