Phantom Slippery Road Ahead Warning

My Garmin 52 keeps telling me "A Slippery Road has been reported". The location is on the Cross County Parkway West in Yonkers between the exit for the Hutch (HRP) and the exit for the Bronx River Parkway. It is not raining, the weather is clear. I do not see any extra traffic or construction that would trigger the warning. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks for any input.
not coefficient of friction
This is obviously social commentary and not related to the coefficient of friction.
It's not just you. I get it
It's not just you. I get it too on my DS65. Apparently it needs to report potentially slippery roads to us, even if not actually slippery.
This is likely a bug in the drive app's traffic reporting.

In the winter...
I get many during the winter from my Garmin Drive app on my DS65. They seem reasonable and I assume they are triggered by the same reporting that shows traffic.

Phantom Slippery Road Ahead Warning
I guess it is some kind of glitch. Thanks for the feedback.
Road closed
Don't feel bad, on a recent trip on I80, my garmin kept saying I80 was closed ahead, didn't see any indication of such, also saw a sign on an entrance ram saying "Google was wrong"

But
It wasn't a joke
maybe temperature
I had a 1987-model BWM 325i which generated a dashboard warning for slippery road based solely on the outside temperature it detected. I think the threshold was about 38F.
Not actually very useful in my experience.
personal GPS user since 1992

My wife had a '97 Volvo with an amber dash light like that. Pretty sure it was on between 36 and 24 F.
i have never gotten it.
i have never gotten it. Maybe my nuvi doesn't support it.

I haven't seen this on my DS65 but a similar glitch occurs with my DL51. The "Curve ahead" warning banner at the top of the screen gets stuck occasionally, and requires a reboot to clear.
... sounds like it came via the traffic source

"A Slippery Road has been reported" sure sounds like it came via the traffic source while "Curve ahead" came from the internal map.
I get the warning on my 2017
I get the warning on my 2017 Toyota Highlander at about 38°F. Nothing to do with traffic reporting, rain or snow.
