Problem sending update to POI Maintainer thru POI Factory ?

I have been trying to send an update for the Burger king POI to mahoney via the contact tab. Have also checked the box to send myself a copy. Since he hasn't responded, I assume he isn't getting the messages. And I am not getting a copy either. Is anyone else having issues sending messages on POI Factory?

"The Burger King on Luke AFB is showing at the Commissary witch is about 1/4 mile west of actual location. Actual location is with the AAFES Gas station. 1124 Thunderbird St, Glendale, AZ 85307"
