Deleting MP3 sound file

Anyone know how I can get rid of an mp3 sound file that I used for a POI, but then deleted? It shows up in the list of mp3 files but I can't find it anywhere on the Nuvi 350 drive. I have also deleted all of the POI's.
Here is the deal:
- Mac system
POI MP3's are in the gpi file.
The mp3 file data that you attached to a POI got embedded in the .gpi file in your Garmin/Poi directory.
The only way you can remove that is to re-create a new .gpi file that does not have the mp3 file data embedded in it, and replace the .gpi file.
