N.A 2023.1 and 2024.1 show as locked

While I intended to update to 2024.10 I used an Undelete program to remove N.A 2022.2. After that I found that my BaseCamp and MapSource programs had dissappeared. I had to download BaseCamp and MapSource to re-install them.
Now I have a situation where both 2023.1 and 2024.1 show up in BaseCamp and MapSource as "LOCKED". Any ideas as to how to fix this? Everything is fine on another laptop, but I have not deleted 2022.2 there.
Connect your GPS to your PC
Connect your GPS to your PC and download the maps again, installing them to the PC. The GPS being present should unlock the maps for use in Basecamp.

It worked to unlock 2024.1 but not 2023.1. But I can live with that.

You would need a GPS with 2023.10 to unlock it on the PC. Otherwise you would have to go with methods of dubious legality to unlock the maps.

Stephon, I learned long ago not to delete the previous map version, but in this case it was removing the 2022.1 which I think caused all my problems.
As I said I can live without the 2023.1 version being locked since it is only the 2024.1 I would be using.
