Adding voice alerts to the Garmin c330

Can anyone tell me if and how I can add voice alerts to my c330. I know some systems use the MP3, however, I've heard that the c330 does not use that type of file. No one can tell me what the file is or if you can add to it. Also, on that topic, is there any way to see all of the prompts the c330 gives out?

If your unit does not have an MP3 player, then you won't be able to use the Custom Alerts.

You cannot the C330 does not support MP3 files. The prompts the C330 gives out?? Maybe you mean the turn by turn instructions? When your route has been calculated, you can press the upper portion of the screen and see your route listed, then by using the up/down arrows at the bottom right of the screen you can continue through the route. Hope this helps...
