much PTO, so little time!
Not sure if you guys were affected by the worldwide outage last year of Kronos. cos. like Tesla were.
We all noticed we were charged for PTO in Jan 2022, when we didn't take any time off.
At first, our co. said you are salaried, it all works out. I was livid. No, it wouldn't really matter, but it's the principle of it, as we already forfeit enough time, no need for more due to clerical error.
But I did better in 2022, I only took 7. I think last year? 15.
In the month of December, that is.
