lastest device software for drivesmart 55?

I swear the other day i ran the garmin updater and it told me my drivesmart had 2 updates, one for the time zone and one for the software to update to 9.60 (im at 9.40)
Today I finally got around to connecting it and it only told me there was a timezone update.

Does anyone know if there was a 9.60 update and they took it down for some reason?

I don't use this much, only in my jeep that doesn't have a built in nav/android auto so it wasn't important at the time, I just want to know if I'm going crazy or not.

DS55 at 9.40

I did the update and it was only for the time zone. Software on mine shows 9.40.

i swear last week i had 2

i swear last week i had 2 updates showing and one was for 9.60
i guess they took it down for fixes or it was for another model they accidently put on up for the 55

v.9.40

I'm still at v.9.40 as well on my DS55.

Garmin software updates.

It is too bad that Garmin stopped publishing a link to the software update change log for each of their model groups. They always did this on the old nuvi series, but stopped doing it with newer units that can be updated over WiFi.

It would be the same change log.

--Improve system stability and performance

That's the generic change log found on so many apps. WHy even bother including a change log if it doesn't specify specifics!@?#

tangent: Back on 4/28 kia put out a software update for the maps and firmware for a bunch of cars including my stinger. Less than a week later they pulled the update. Reason for removal... get this
