Are there any in San Francisco Bay Area

So far, we've found 51 red light camera locations for San Francisco and surrounding areas. JM

that doesn't seem like many at all. i know of many in san francisco but haven't seen one anywhere else. still, it would be good to have those, especially since driving in the city can get haphazard sometimes.

are all of these locations in the rlcdb available here once the license fee to download is paid ?

The file has all of the locations POI Factory has gathered for the USA and Canada (1,331 as of Dec 31st).

ah, I understand. thanks for the link to the definition.

i just got this C310x (along with thousands of other first-time gps owners this holiday season) and have been playing around with custom UI skins for it. I think one addition that would be helpful for compiling RLC locations is by simply putting a "Record RLC Location" type buton right in the UI on both cockpit and map mode. Then, when people see them, they just export them (kept in the trip log) and pop them up here. I'll post in their board to see if this is feasible.

I know that there is a camera at the intersection of Shellmound and Powell in Emeryville.

a few that i can remember off the top of my head is.... one on geary blvd and 14 ave, another on geary blvd and fulton ave, sloat blvd and 19th ave
