Perhaps you can post on a new book you're reading, a new hobby you're taking up or about random finds as you finally get around to cleaning out the..., or your most recent adventure?
Anything to keep your windmill alive.
Please keep comments polite.

so I got up, and immediately signed the log book with the wrong year
On Jan 2nd
Staying warm with football, Mother-in-Laws 99 birthday today .
Doing some work around the yard in the family home. Taking advantage of the sunshine after copious amounts of much needed rain in CA...
Went to the post for the usual New Years Day dinner.
Relaxing around the house
Can't wait for spring cleaning time....still emptying storage now. A chore that just never seems to end!
from the Outer Banks and Roanoke, VA. 75 degrees in the Outer Banks and in the upper 60's in Roanoke. I was going to stay an extra day in Roanoke but they forecasted snow, so I got out of town. Today they have about 3-4 inches on the ground. My sister-in-law tried to get us to stay an extra day because she said that with the warm temperature it would only rain. Changed her tune this morning when she sent my wife a text along with a picture and said that we made the right decision.
And it's 2022.
Happy New year to all members..
Haven't gone out in 2022 yet.
up my driveway to clear snow.
We left Murrells Inlet, SC on the 27th heading for Marietta GA to visit son and family. Up 501 to Florence and then I20 into Atlanta. Thankfully the Atlanta beltway was moving right along and we made the trip in 6.5 hours. Enjoyed sitting outside on New Years Eve as the weather was in the 70's. The Weber grill got a workout over the weekend as did the beverage cooler. Returned on Jan 2 and again made the trip in 6.5 hours with no delays. The Garmin came in handy locating both stores we wanted to visit as well as gas stations. Glad it didn't have to be called on for any detours. Happy New Year to All. The Ogre
Spinning the windmill
A wine dinner featuring an opera singer.
Its cold outside. Should get first snow today.
Airport run coming up.
Missed a few over Xmas
from the cold!!!!!
Buffalo supposedly got hit hard which they usually do thanks to Lake Erie.
to walmart and safeway at 6 AM less crowds and a better chance at a human check out LOL
been doing some motorcycle repairs. Have a cracked inside faring on my HD and trying to DIY the best repair. So many glues and epoxies on the market makes the choice of the correct adhesive for the job tough. Need to be a plastics expert with a chemical engineering degree
We drove over to Callaway Gardens for their Fantasy In Lights show. It was much improved from our last visit several years ago.
Still hunkered down.
Happy Sunday to all...
Beautiful weather today...
blood donation #25
Snow is gone, but even colder than last week.
Just the local stuff.
Not a good run this time.
Hard to believe it's 2022. I remember when a group of us were talking about George Orwell's book and saying we should all get together somewhere when it got to be 1984. It was still 10 years in the future.
Forecast is to hit 70F today.
Warming up a bit for the past few days now
Too cold to go out unless I really need something.
about Spring already...but we are. Starting a complete irrigation system replacement for the yard this weekend.
Had three major leaks last year. Decided to do a complete system replacement instead of continuing to piece things back together. Leaks always seem to happen at the worst times! Got 12 years out of the original install which isn't too bad for Sin City water
Would rather be out traveling and putting the little Nuvi through its paces, but it is what it is
Congratulations, pilothaz, keep going. My next appointment is January 29th. It'll be #126 for me.
18°F right now, but that sure beats the -20°F I frequently experienced mid January when I lived in the upper midwest.
Have a good night!
Washington, DC to Hanover, PA
I'm going to read The Radix Tetrad by A. A. Attanasio. It's pretty bizarre and not for those who are inexperienced with hardcore sci-fi and fantasy. Wish me luck.
Plotting a course and stop points for my drive out of state this weekend.
I'm still here!
