I probably slept through it
I was 10 days short of being one-year-old on December 7, 1941. I doubt that I was aware of the event and my only remembrance is from studying about Pearl Harbor history in school.
I had a great Uncle at Pearl.
He survived because he was on shore leave. It really messed him up.
