Thanks for the info, but I’ll hold off. Apple seems to be cranking out updates every month.

15.2 Public Beta available too.

I really appreciate these .1 update notifications here, because I wait for them. iOS 15.1 is now installed and working well on both my iPhone and iPad.

Two gripes anyway:

First the s-l-o-w download and update process (though it's better to get it right than get it fast, and Windows is also s-l-o-w to update on my PCs).

Second, since I was jumping from iOS 14.whatever to 15.1, going to iOS 15 very "helpfully" rearranged the icons on my home screens. Not cool Appledudes!
