Apple has released iOS 14.7 for iPhone, along with iPadOS 14.7 for iPad, along with tvOS 14.7 and watchOS 7.6. The release of iOS 14.7 brings support for the MagSafe Battery Pack and other improvements. You can install iOS 14.7 by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone. It's showing as a 927.4MB update on our iPhone 12 Pro Max. ...developing, more to follow

Apple has in the past released iPadOS updates around 1 PM and the equivalent in the other time zones.
Right now some sources say the update will include the following:
The iPadOS 14.7 update will expand the Weather app’s Air Quality Index (AQI) feature to more places. According to sources, the AQI feature will be available for many cities in Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain.
