Hi,
I can't seem to open the older 4.6.2 all it does is open another tab with a blued EXE? I click on that and I go (I Think) to the old link I had that didn't work! Let me know what you come up with? See below
Robert

Yep

Getting the same but if you scroll further down the page you get the option to download from another source, try that instead, it's working. I'll let the admin at gpsrchive know there's an issue with the exe links

4.6.2 downloads OK for me although I haven't attempted to install it. It's shown as 102 MB.

I don't seem to be able to find 'scroll down and find' anything that leads me to a link? I maybe missing something?

Click on the link I posted, select software updates and scroll down the page to this bit:

Download BaseCamp
Locate the desired BaseCamp installer from the list below, or download the desired version from these sources:
Garmin BaseCamp - Current Version (Garmin)
Garmin BaseCamp - Legacy Versions (Software Informer)

Then select the Legacy versions

Admin at gpsrchive didn't realise the other links were broken, they point to the now defunct perry site, so will fix them shortly.

The link I used was the one provided earlier in this thread by "sussamb". (https://www.gpsrchive.com/BaseCamp/index.htm)

Here is what I did, step by step, and I just repeated it...

Go to https://www.gpsrchive.com/BaseCamp/index.htm

At left, click on "Software Update".

At right, click on desired version; in my case 4.6.2.0

At the next page, click on "EXE" for the desired version.

After about a 10 second wait I was prompted for a destination folder for the download. It was downloaded without issue (102 MB) and Norton AV said it was clean. As I said before I did not attempt to install anything from the downloaded file.
