As you said, there is a somewhat different and (IMO) interesting aspect to this particular case. I look forward to hearing the outcome.

2 things interested me.

The whole your not an engineer thing was very odd and very unjust.

Also the finding that the standard length of a yellow light was not long enough for a vehicle making a right hand turn. In turn they where ticketed 10 times more often with red light cameras.
