I am finding that POI is working out better than cyclops.

There were a few valid alerts from POI, where Cyclops didn't even go off.

That really made me question Cyclops, when there are still alerts for NJ, who did away with rlcs 4 years ago.

I am wrong, it looked like in Seattle/Washington did not have cams at all 4 directions of an intersection.

I have often wondered why not...
