$700 license plate would be a nice target for thieves.
I read someplace that if it's stolen, the plate displays the word "STOLEN" across the top.
A deterrent, huh? The iPhone has activation lock. Does that stop thieves from stealing them?

I don't get special license plates b/c of the extra costs. why would I want to pay $700 plus $7 a month for a digital plate so the government could track my car.
