Still there (how to remove custom poi)

I moved all my favorites to an sd then was gonna do a reset, but I noticed that my custom poi icon was still there even after removing the sd card and it won't get off, I even click it and all the files are still there except the new ones and when I insert the sd the new files don't show up only whats on the poi icon, how do I take that icon off and start new, can anyone help me here??

The Custom POI files are stored in the POI folder on the GPS and by default the file name is poi.gpi. Deleting that file and all other .gpi files found on your GPS should get rid of them for you. Also you could use POILoader software to delete the POI's currently on your device.

I wanted to do that but when I saw that the new favorites were't showing up when I hit the poi icon, I thought that by erasing everything and it not showing up on my sd then I would erase the new and they probably didn't make it to my sd when I transferred them with poi loader, in other words I want to get rid off the poi icon and reload the sd with poi loader and check before I insert the sd that the poi icon is empty ooh boy I hope you get me cause I don't know if I just went in circles there Thanks for the reply!
