I guess there is a first time for everything. Driving to work today a message banner came across the top of my 2797, "small craft warning" smile smile
Anybody else had strange messages pop up?

That's weather. Yes, I get them all the time. Storm Warnings, Winter Weather Watch, etc. Smartlink is doing it's job.

I got a "Coastal Flood Warning" once when I was in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

various weather warnings

I got various warnings from time to time

"gale warning"
"flash flood"
"small crafts"
"high surf warning" etc

The weather coverage area is quite large thus the majority of the warnings do not apply to me.

I wish there is a way to have the texts of the warnings re-displayed though.

Yes, I'm used to getting the regular storm and weather warnings, but small craft alert when you are driving down the highway...... grin grin

Any text warning NOAA sends out will be repeated, if you are in the area it covers.
