Meaning when I was in KY/OH, there wasn't a single act of aggressive driving that I observed in an entire week. Our friends were stationed in Dayton OH and they bought a house. They have been unable to sell it in over 5 yrs. having relocated to DC. I would think Dayton has bigger fish to fry?

Apparently, the city has a need for more revenue, at the expense of motorists.

I think those other 3 camera locations (as noted further down in the article) may be speed not RLC.
Maybe someone can eyeball them and tell for sure.
