A Speed Cam case in Ohio may go to the U.S. Supreme Court. A Federal Court has ruled that the town of New Miami in Ohio must return more than $3 million in automated speeding tickets. This could bankrupt the town!

Seems that the court saw the cameras as just a money making scheme. This is exactly what many people believe.
