User Search

JM or Angela, I was trying to lookup a user by his username. There doesn't seem to be a way to search on username. Not even from the User List, since Search only takes you to results in the discussion. Then you have to scroll through many pages to find a post that the user you are looking for, made, and click on the name.
Would it be possible to make the User List searchable?

Yes, user search works ...
Don't type anything in the search box, but click on the search button at the top of the page. Then on the next page click on the Users button and type in the name or partial name you are searching for and press the Search button. That will give you a list of user name matches that you can select from.

When you do a Search at the top, there are 3 tabs (Content, Poi Files and Users)that you can click on after you submit the search request. The last one is for listing only Users.. Hope this helped!

You may find bobkz's method a little more intuitive ... put the name or partial name in the search box, click the Search button, then on the next page press the Users button.

The user's tab was the part I was missing. I was trying to use the User List from the right hand side, and that isn't searchable, as it.
