Questions on new Garmin

I've been away from these discussions for awhile and so have a couple questions that can only be answered here. First, looking at new Garmins I'm wondering about the Garmin Drive. Price seems right. How is it in operation? Will it fit the Bean Bag I use on my present 3790? Second is it reliable and Third Where does my 3790 store my favorites and can I transfer that file to the new Garmin so I can use those points. I remember transferring that file from my 660 to the 3790 but don't remember what the file was and where I found it. Thanks for any help you might be.

Drives

The entry level Drives (Drive 51/61) are a big step down from a nuvi 3790 for multiple reasons. The DriveSmart/Assist/Luxe models may be more to your liking. Since your 3790 has a powered mount and if that's important to you, only the DriveLuxe should be considered.

The bean bag or any other Garmin with the ball mount will snap into any of the Drive mounts.

I'm sure those with a new Drive will offer much more info for you.

One possible choice

One possible choice you may want to consider is the factory refurbished DriveLuxe 50LMTHD, available from gpscity.com for $149.95.
