i see that everyone saying they have the new updated map for the garmin, my question to you all, where do i get the update

If

If you have a Garmin GPS with Lifetime Map updates just download and install the Garmin Express software from:

https://software.garmin.com/en-US/express.html

Attach your GPS to your computer and run Garmin Express. It should be obvious from there what steps you need to take.

If your GPS does not have Lifetime Maps then you'll need to buy any map update from Garmin.
