For most users, you should be able to click directly on the POI file link on the POI file page and your computer will prompt you to save or open the file.
Anyone can download the regular POI files. You need to be an Active Member to download the Redlight Camera file for free. Others can get the Redlight Camera file by utilizing the PayPal link.
You click on the blue highlighted part (titled "Maryland Interstate Rest Area.csv")under where it reads "Download".
When you left click on the link (single click), Firefox should prompt you to save or open the file. You want to save the file to your PC so you can load it to your c530 using POI Loader.
Are you saying that when you click on the link, nothing happens?
when you download the poi file in order to open the file you have to have Microsoft Office with Accel to work i think this is your problem why nothing happens

You can open CSV files with a text editor such as Notepad. Excel is not needed although in can be used.
