This week we’re recognizing Ralph6410 and Chickenhawks!
Both are Canadian members who’ve created school zone alert files for their cities. This is a lot of work, as each school usually requiring several different alert areas to cover their affected streets.

Do you mean the COW badge (next to the windmill) that you get for a week when you receive the COW award? I can see why they don't make it a permanent badge because many members receive the cow many times during their POI Factory "career". That said, it would be nice if a permanent note was added to the COW recipient's profile page ... something like "Contributor of the week for September 12, 2016". That way a new line could be added in the user profile each time the member is recognized.
