POI alerts along a track Possible?

I understand that one can make proximity alerts for individual points. With this format in a cvs file
-113.399 53.46058 Bisset(3020 - 37 Street NW)

Is it possible to make a proximity alarm on a track? As in.. I have a segment along a roadway with these coordinates -113.39781523200,53.45976785320, to 113.39890177200,53.46363705920.

Can I create an alarm if withing 100 feet of this track? If so how would I format this.

alerts along the road

POI proximity alerts are "along the road." As far as I know, there is no way to alert to a track.

But make use of the along the road capability by placing a single POI midway between the two POIs you mentioned and set its alert distance long enough to overlap the end points. There is no need to include the end points in the file.
