This restaurant has many years of hands-on experience
with Korean cuisine and they have focused on perfecting
a recipe for fried chicken. The result was Bonchon,
Korean word for "my hometown".
The first Bonchon opened in 2002 in Busan,South Korea.
In 2006, they debuted their signature sauces in Fort Lee,NJ.
Due to the popularity of these sauces, the first full
service location was opened in Leonia,NJ.
