finally got to take bike to work

After a long dry spell, it has rained most every day for a week and a half. It was nice getting back on the bike since it is staying in the garage over the weekend regardless of what the weather does.

This Weather

Lightening killed my cable box. And killed my modem. And killed the HDMI inputs on my tv. And killed the DC adapter on my home phone. I found another power adapter for my phone. I get a new cable box and modem tomorrow. New tv comes on Friday. I'm using my computer to stream low def programming through VGA connection until then.

seems like its getting dark a little earlier , and its darker and cooler at 5:30am , I'm up about 4:30 am a left over habit from before I retired the wind is a little cooler feels like rain coming , the garden is close to finished except for some cabbage gourds and herbs . and its quiet except for the raccoon eating the cats food lol
