BaseCamp and GPX files

For some reason my MapSource right now is slower than Molasses.
I tried to open some GPX files I have on my Desktop but I cannot find any way to load them into BaseCamp.

It's probably so easy but I can't see it.

Since we do not have anything in our FAQs on how to do this, would you please create a FAQ that we can put under the general category of Basecamp (How to load a GPX) so that others will benefit from the knowledge you have just obtained?
